D&D installed a new air conditioning in my home on 10-13-09. I am writing to commend you on your sales and installation staff. Rich certainly went the extra mile to make sure i was able to get a new air conditioning unit and he kept his word about what would be done and when it would be done. Within 24 hrs of signing my contract i had a new unit. I hope you will give the men of your outstanding staff my heartfelt thanks.
